LAST DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION – Extended to August 8, 2012
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to assure presentation and publication in the Abstract Book, submitters must complete registration and payment until August 8.
POSTERS INFORMATION
Posters will be located at the designated hall next to the Exhibition hall. Each poster will be hanged on the board with the same ordinary number as given by the Scientific Committee.
Authors must attend the Poster Session at the assigned date and time. Poster must be in place during entire congress time.
Posters removed before the end of the day, will be considered as a no-show and abstract submissions for the 2013 Annual Meeting, will be rejected.
Important Congress Notes:
The image area of the poster board is 0.9 meters wide by 1.2 meters height. Poster contenet, including the title, may not extend beyond the image area. The Guidelines for ISOBM Poster Presentation are here below.
As First Author, you are obligated to register and pay the fees to attend the Annual Congress
(Membership Dues do not include Congress Registration).
